Purchases & Refunds

a. If a student needs to reschedule a session, a minimum notice of 24 hours is required. This allows the tutor to adjust their schedule accordingly.
b. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance or emergency, please notify the tutor as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling options.
c. Failure to provide the required notice for rescheduling may result in the session being marked as missed.

a. If a student misses a scheduled session without prior notice or fails to attend a session, it will be considered a missed session.
b. Missed sessions will not be refunded or rescheduled unless due to extenuating circumstances, which will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

a. Students are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled sessions. Late arrival may result in a shortened session, as the tutor may not be able to extend the session beyond the scheduled end time.

Taking a Class

One-on-One Private Class: $65 per hour. (Buy a package of 10 classes for $600)
Semi-Private Class (2-3 students): $45 per hour, per student. (Buy a package of 10 classes for $400)
Small Group Class (4-6 students): $35 per 75 min. class, per student.(Buy an 8 week session for $280)

We collect and retain student information only for legitimate educational purposes and to provide effective tutoring services.
The information collected may include student names, contact details, academic records, progress reports, and any other relevant data necessary for personalized instruction.
We use student information solely for educational purposes, including monitoring progress, customizing instruction, and communicating with students and their parents/guardians.

Email Communication:
Email is a preferred method of communication for non-urgent inquiries, scheduling requests, and general updates.

Tutors, students, and parents/guardians are encouraged to use the designated email addresses provided by Joyful Journeys.
We strive to respond to emails within 24-48 hours during our regular operating hours.
Communication via Phone and/or Text
Messaging : Phone calls or text messaging are suitable for more urgent matters, immediate scheduling changes, or any concerns that require immediate attention.

Tutors, students, and parents/guardians can contact the designated phone number provided by Joyful Journeys.
We aim to respond to text messaging as soon as possible, and phone calls within 1-2 business days whenever possible.
