Ms Cindy Spitzer brings over three decades of experience in elementary education. She holds a B.A. in Child Development, a teaching credential with bilingual authorization in Spanish, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration. Throughout her career, Ms. Spitzer has served as a classroom teacher in both English and bilingual settings, an instructional coach supporting her district’s reading curriculum, and a school administrator. She is a passionate educator who finds deep fulfillment in helping children grow academically.
In addition to her work in schools, Ms. Spitzer has trained teachers across Orange County in foundational reading practices. She has also led the development of an online curriculum for kindergarten students as a team lead and continues to mentor fellow educators. Her focus on differentiated instruction and creating nurturing, inclusive learning environments reflects her commitment to meeting the diverse needs of all students.
