Melissa Weise is a credentialed educator with a B.A. in Liberal Studies from California State University, Long Beach and experience working with students from kindergarten through eighth grade. She has served as a paraeducator, substitute teacher, and instructional assistant, providing individualized and small-group support across a variety of academic needs.
Melissa especially enjoys helping students build confidence in reading, writing, and mathematics while making learning engaging and approachable. She believes patience, encouragement, and meaningful connections are key to student success and loves seeing the moment when something finally “clicks.”
Outside of teaching, Melissa enjoys reading, playing tennis, solving puzzles, and spending time with friends and family.
